When will I get my stuff?
Each item has processing time clearly marked on the item page. If you aren't sure, you can always contact us with your questions.
Typically, inventoried items take 3 business days or less to process and pre-order or custom items take approximately 2 weeks to process.
Can I pick up my items?
Yes! If you live in or near the Bradenton area, simply select store pickup at the bottom of the shipping drop down selection. It'll provide the pickup address after chekout.
Do you sponsor fighters?
We do, on occasion, sponsor fighters and don't mind about belt level or ranking. We are most concerned about the personal fit with our corporate culture.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Ground or standard shipping within the United States is free, but expedited and international shipping is also available. All orders are shipped within 5 business days of order receipt, and tracking information will be provided when the orders ship.
Unless otherwise specified on each item's product page, processing will take 3 business days or less, not including shipping transit times. On items marked pre-order, the estimated processing time will be clearly indicated on the product page, but it typically takes no less than 2 weeks to either custom make or receive inventory on these items.
Individual items are shipped in padded envelopes, and multiple items are shipped in size-appropriate boxes. With an eye toward waste reduction, there are often times we will re-use boxes if they are sturdy enough to ensure safe delivery. Local pickup will be delivered in clear bags, and event merchandise will just be handed to you.
No Gi Nation is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees levied on packages once they have left the United States. Each country has different methods of determining when and how much fee or tax charged on imported items. If your customs center determines a tax, fee, or duty is due on your package, you will have to pay all moneys due before they will release the package to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect condition, however there will be times when you are not satisfied with your order. If this is the case, we gladly accept return or exchange of the item within 10 days of receipt. Obviously worn or damaged items will not be accepted; please make sure items are in new condition.
Since our coffee is freshly roasted to order, returns or exchanges are only offered when the coffee is damaged in transit or if there is an issue with the order. We do our best to provided detailed and expressive descriptions in order to help you decide which blend, roast, and grind you prefer, so refunds or exchanges will not be offered for taste. Any damages or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of product delivery.
On items that are custom made for you, returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items that arrive damaged or items that are damaged in transit.
Please contact our customer service department to arrange the return or exchange. ALL return shipping will be paid by you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of personal information from you: your name, address, email, phone number, and billing information including amounts paid as well as IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device. "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring / exit pages, and date / time stamps. "Web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the personal information we collect from you to communicate with you, and we never sell your information to a third party or share with a party not affiliated with the completion of your order.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your personal information with suppliers that we partner with strictly to fulfill orders. Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We never retain credit card numbers or billing information, as that information is processed and stored through our payment processor providers.
